Built from the ground up, it's a combination of functional training and

traditional lifting, influenced by crossfit and hyrox practices - all adapted for you and your goals.

Together, these styles blend to create an exciting form of training suitable and scalable to anyone

looking to improve their fitness, lose weight, get stronger, or just remain fit for life.

ABOUT THE COACH

Hi. I’m Magnum Phoenix. 
4 years ago, I struggled to stand.
Walking was near impossible.
I weighed 31 stone (200KG).

SINCE THEN, I'VE LOST HALF OF THAT.

Losing weight is not easy. I know first hand how difficult it IS to drag yourself to the gym, to resist the guilty pleasures, to just put the damn fork down

It wasn’t easy, perfect, or consistent. It was just pure determination. Now I help those who are determined to lose weight, build functional strength, and stay fit for life - while remaining realistic, empathetic, and personable.

IGNITE is my 28 day introductory programme that quickly gets results and comes in three flavours:

  • FIT (Cardio focus)

  • LEAN (Fat Loss focus)

  • STRONG (Strength and Hypertrophy Focus)

  • The Training and Movement Assessment

  • 2 training sessions led by me (Week 1 and 4)

  • Weigh in and progression tracking

  • A 4-week workout plan of your choice (Fit, Lean, or Strong)

  • Weekly check-in form

ASSESSMENT

This is an advanced, one-off, in-depth consultation.

What this includes:

  • Everything in the Consultation

  • I analyse your level of training and fitness, as well as your body's biomechanics to identify any postural, stability, and/or flexibility issues

  • Advice regarding further training and nutrition

  • An easy to follow 4 - week training programme.
